As a skilled, culturally proficient education leader, I serve schools and districts by supporting and coaching leaders to be anti-racist administrators. I utilize my equity-focused expertise, collaborative coaching skills, and leadership experience with school and district organizational systems to implement innovative solutions and partnerships for improved outcomes.

Coach leaders to transform schools into environments that retain racially, culturally, and linguistically diverse culturally competent educators utilizing the tenets of anti-racist school leadership competencies.
Affinity Leaders of Color Facilitation
Facilitate and support education leaders of color through instructional improvements to thrive as education change agents and be retained by their school districts.
